We're Excited to Begin This Journey with CJM Property Services

Starting CJM Property Services has been both exciting and a little overwhelming — but most of all, incredibly rewarding already.

What started as conversations between Chris and I about building something of our own has quickly turned into meeting amazing people throughout the Niagara Region and helping homeowners, landlords, seniors, and local businesses with projects that make a real difference.

Our goal with CJM Property Services is simple:

to provide honest, reliable, hardworking service while treating every property with care and respect.

We know inviting someone onto your property requires trust, and that’s something we never take lightly. Whether it’s helping clear out unwanted junk, refreshing a yard, assisting with a rental turnover, or tackling cleanup projects that feel overwhelming, we genuinely want to help make life easier for our clients.

One of the things we’ve already learned very quickly is how much community matters. The support, encouragement, referrals, and kind words we’ve received in such a short time honestly mean so much to us. As a local husband-and-wife team, it’s exciting to build relationships with people right here in our own community.

We’re still growing, still learning, and continuing to improve every day — but we’re proud to be building something based on hard work, reliability, and good communication.
