You Learn and You Grow

One thing we’re learning very quickly while building CJM Property Services is that no two jobs are ever exactly the same.

Recently, we took on a large bamboo and shrub removal project that turned out to be much more challenging than we originally expected. What looked manageable at first quickly became hours of digging, cutting, hauling, stubborn roots, and more manual labor than we had planned for.

At one point, we even broke a shovel halfway through the job and had to stop to grab a replacement before continuing!

But honestly? Experiences like that are part of building and growing a business.

We could have become frustrated or looked for excuses, but instead we showed back up, finished the work properly, and made sure the client was taken care of. Even though the job took longer than expected, it taught us valuable lessons about estimating, preparation, tools, and the reality of certain types of property cleanup work.

As a new local business, we know we won’t have every detail perfected immediately — but what we can promise is that we will continue learning, improving, and showing up for our clients.

Hard work, honesty, communication, and reliability matter deeply to us, and we’re proud of the reputation we’re beginning to build within the community.
